Aaron founded Navigate after 17 years of commercial experience as a CFO across multiple sectors. He’s been in your shoes, on the business side. His extensive restructuring experience and a natural desire to understand the ‘why’ in things mean that he’s particularly suited to advising businesses requiring change and continues to guide business owners and CEOs to new or redefined business models. Aaron remains a trusted advisor to many at the highest level and in complex businesses.

 

If he’s not working, which is rare, he could be found playing the drums or playing football with his two boys. He might be in Australia, India or his much-loved Aitutaki in the Cook Islands (if he’s really not working)!

 

Running keeps him sane (and fit) and people who can’t merge properly on roads drive him insane so it’s best not to bring that subject up if you meet him.

 

Aaron has a strong desire to help people - it’s what makes him tick.

A natural (and experienced) leader, Alicia steers our finance function with her fierce intellect and years of experience in process improvement, financial analysis, forecasting and more. Alicia’s talent and desire to build lasting relationships means she truly excels at what she does and makes her highly trusted by both teams and clients.

 

Alicia’s two cats occasionally play a cameo role in virtual meetings, but even when she’s not working, you’re still likely to find Alicia at home, perhaps in her garden where she’s also regularly entertained by her six chickens. If she's not there, she's probably in the kitchen baking up a storm (the good kind)!

 

She too starts her day with exercise - a long walk to and from the beach. That way she feels ready to tackle some challenging issues and loves nothing more than resolving them for the clients who trust her to do just that.

Kayla holds everything together for us here at Navigate. She’s a forward-thinker who is highly committed to service excellence which means that she effortlessly and efficiently manages business activity. Kayla is both organised and structured while also being creative and innovative - the envy of many! She keeps customers at the centre which makes her a superb and relied-upon bridge between our teams and our many clients.

 

Two years ago, you may have found Kayla spending her free time under water. Despite being such a keen scuba diver, she’s now much more likely to be found, home or away, having fun with her toddler daughter (and soon also with her second born). Her self-described sanctuary is her in-laws home in Christchurch, NZ where she’s made many of her favourite memories. You may even catch her hiding away with a book when the kids are sleeping!

 

Kayla’s pet peeve is when her dogs walk her (it should be the other way around) but, thankfully, most of her days start with a much-loved ‘hi mummy’ moment and plenty of strong coffee before she hits the laptop to take care of business - quite literally!

Hardik is the newest member of the Navigate team and our Senior Vice President. Responsible for leading operational strategy, he’s set to build trust, streamline workflows and help our clients succeed in dynamic markets like Australia, the UK and New Zealand.

 

He’s also focussed on helping the team grow (individually and together) whilst ensuring accurate and efficient financial service delivery.

 

If he’s not working, he may be travelling the world to better understand other cultures - something he finds keeps him both curious and grounded.

 

If he’s not working or travelling, you’ll probably find him drinking coffee whilst surrounded by stories in a library or bookshop.

 

We’re thrilled to have Hardik on board.

As our Operations Manager, Dimple excels at ensuring the smooth functioning of our finance services. She’s a proactive problem solver with meticulous attention to detail which means she’s always exploring new ways to improve our operations. Perhaps even more important (if that’s possible) to Dimple, though, is our people and she consistently strives, successfully, to engender a strong and positive team environment.

 

Dimples favourite place in the world is a valley in the Himalayas in Northern India. If she had it her way, when she’s not effortlessly driving our operations, she’d be right there with a cup of tea and surrounded only by nature. Ok, she’ll concede that she’s also highly likely to have a good book with her.

 

One thing that Dimple won’t be is late (she’s not a fan of tardiness)! The perfect fit for her role, right?

As our Client Onboarding Manager, Yashpal is here to ensure a welcoming and smooth transition and he's determined to make every client’s onboarding experience a good one. He will understand your businness and, as a proactive communicator, you’re in safe hands and will feel supported as you begin your journey with us. 

 

Yashpal plays a crucial role in setting the foundation for long-lasting partnerships, which is the name of the game for all of us.

 

When he’s not at work. Yashpal’s favourite place is way up in the mountains in a place called Uttarakhand. Should you happen to be there too, you’d probably find him sitting back and relaxing with a tea while he takes in the views and enjoys the peace.

 

He’s not a fan of unnecessary delay and actually wakes every morning motivated to build something that bends the rules of efficiency and feels like a time machine for productivity.
